Seems cycling may be a bit too low impact for some...

However, it's not all bad news:

Earlier studies have shown that mountain bikers tend to have better bone densities than road cyclists...

Wonder if 20 years of squash prior to being a cycling convert means I'll be safe? Eye-wink

Weight training - pump classes, circuit is also a good way to maintain bone density. Anything where you are on your feet an bopping around
