Meeting Point: 

Jamison Park, Narrabeen. The park with the boat ramp at the end of Mactier St.

Details:

A nice Sunday morning lap of Narrabeen Lake with a bit of Red Hill thrown in. The Red Hill section of this ride while not " D/H " is a bit on the technical side of things, a few steep rock sections and a few step ups/ downs. The rest is mostly dirt path with a bit of bitumen, about 50/50. Oh and the Red Hill section is a bit on the technical side Smiling

I don't wear any, but I am still on flat pedals at the moment. There will be none of the DH tracks , just a few roll offs and some techy up ledges. Wear it if you want to though.
