Go figure. Is the magistrate a total moron, or just a blatant cyclist hater?

what with VIC's no tolerance to speeding, you would think that they would come down heavy handed on these idiots.

Serious how can a court be so lenient to idiots like that and for the contempt they showed as well.

All I can do is shake my head....

I can't imagine the sort of person it would take to literally chase someone onto a footpath and intentionally try and succeed in running them down...

He gets away with this now, what next???

His mother should've also been charged and convicted of aidding her son in those crimes he was convicted of. I just hope that both of them will have thier real judgement one day.

Whilst completely shocking and inexcusable, does anyone know the complete story? It's important to know both sides before condemning someone, dispute how bad his sunglasses are.
