There's no easy way to auto-embed Freecaster stuff due to their encoded ID. Here you go:

Maybe if you cough up some $$$ they give you access to a faster server?

Whenever I watch FC clips it's always at work so I presumed the slowness was my corporate network? Must remember to take a look at home sometime.

Ive got optus cable which is meant to be unlimited speed and youtube works a dream so i guessed it was FC...

I have Optus cable as well. Very happy with the speed. Makes ADSL look positively pedestrian.

The slug that hitched a lift on my sock on the ride home from work tonight moves faster than freecaster.

Youtube is always good.
