Green/Open Fantastic. All dry. The brand new part of the red loop still needs riding in, but is great fun! (That's right... there's a new addition to the red loop!) Overall distance has been raised from around 10.1km to 10.6km.

that's a new section I had yet to ride- have seen they have put a pallet on one of the corners as seen on hmba.asn.au
