Status:
Green/Open Perimeter and Long are almost as good as it gets right now. There are pockets of sand in the usual places and it's damp behind 210 Kulgoa Crescent but aside from that all good. We ventured down Cowan which has couple of fallen/low hanging branches but is all rideable. Nice view from the end and surprisingly fun - should do that more often.
