Bit of a mixed mashed day, not what I would call ideal but not shocking either.

First to the good news. Went to the docs and as I thought cholesterol is high but PSA is OK. Unfortunately cholesterol is "rather" high so need to work on that.

Spent most of the day running around so didn't get the exercise done I wanted to.

Exercise
1/2hr lap swimming
1/2hr stretching.
Don't know if running around all day counts, maybe I should get a pedometer to see just how far I walk on "errand" days.

Intake
Breaky,
Coffee 2 sugars, small bowl of Sultana Bran, small glass of juice
Morning tea
2nd and last coffee of the day, BAnana

Lunch
Salad sandwich, cuppa tea 1 sugar
Afternoon Tea,
Apple
Dinner
Chilli basil chicken, small serve of rice and some Pad See Ew. No where as much as I would normally eat but not feeling hungry either.

I think I have to be realistic about this whole journey. Family life, after school activities etc are going to mean there are days that aren't going to be perfect. I think I have to accept this, not beat myself up about it and just make the best decisions I can. Normally Thai would start with Curry puffs and there would be satay sauce in there somewhere, oh yeah and there be no Pad See Ew left so I am making progress. Success also in I'm now 2 for 2 for nothing to eat after dinner, also I didn't give in to the afternoon munchies which I would normally fall victim to.

Tomorrow's another day!!
