My kinda day. Light scattered cloud, nice "bite" to the air, plenty of sun without the heat!

Pleasant surprise too. Pulled on my pants this morning and went to do up the belt, cinched onto the next hole no trouble at all!! Hold your horses, not for a minute am I sugesting that this is noteable weight lose already, probably just that I'm more like a horse than a human. You know when you saddle up a nag that hasn't been ridden for a while and you can barely get the straps done up. Then after about five or ten minutes of riding the damn thing has suddenly realised it can suck in its stomach muscles and you need to get off and tighten up the straps again. Yeah I think thats more likely the case here as well. Still I'll take it any way I can get it.

Exercise
1/2 hr brisk walk
25 mins on the trainer, gradually pushing it out. Forgot how hard that road bike seat was
1/2hr with Yolanda doing yoga
2 x 15 push ups, they hurt today
2 x 15 sit ups.

Intake
Breaky
Two weetbix with lite milk, small glass fruit juice

Morning tea
Real coffee, skim, orange

Lunch
Left over PAd Se Ew, ok I'm weak but damn it was good.

Arvo Tea
Shit didn't have anything. Need to address that. Should be having 4 - 5 small meals a day

Dinner
Small peice lean pork, steamed vegs, small bit of mash spuds with peas and corn.

Cupa Tea which I'm enjoying now.

3 for 3 no after diner snacks no complaints there at all. Feeling surprisingly good, a little stiff, mayne I need to spend more time stretching particularly after the trainer. The bus keeps rolling on.
