Manly Dam - Main Circuit
Time:
00:31:32 Went out today to see how the Dam was looking, and it was in fine shape after the rain. Did a slow sighting lap to check there were no surprises - it's been a while since I've been round.
Went out hard on the second, keeping the flow smooth, spinning up the hills and maintaining plenty of corner speed.
Happy to shave off around 30sec from my last PB. Even happier to be still getting faster at 50!

Hey Brian, The daily dose of Coopers Sparkling or Pale Ale seems to be the closest thing to the fountain of youth for me!
