Over yesterdays hump. Looking back at it and my food diary I'd have to say I'm probably not eating enough to be top and tailing the day with exercise. Don't know maybe thats just alot of hot air but it was the first time I had walked early morning, and it was the first time I felt like that.

Anyway, feeling much more "normal" today. Didn't have the hunger or the cravings of yesterday. Had lunch at a friends house today for a 1 yr olds birthday.

Exercise
3 x 10 push ups
3 x 15 sit ups
25 mins on the trainer, 5 warm up, 15 pushing hard tonight and then 5 cool down Broke out a good sweat.
1/2 hr yoga followed by a little more leg stretches.

Intake
Breaky
2 weetbix, small fruit juice
Morning tea,
apple
Lunch (see above)
2 small chicken wings, amazingly I actually took the skin of them, looked like I'd butchered a small bird by the time I was done
small slice quiche
lots of green salad
Cuppa tea.
Very small piece, even by child standards, sponge birthday cake.
Arvo tea
None not surprisingly not really hungry
Dinner
Chicken stirfry with a little rice.

Again, nil after dinner, really pleased that I have managed to keep this up. Less than a week ago I was having icecream and then normally chocolate or biscuits with a hot drink an hour or two later. No wonder really that I am as unfit as this. The other really pleasing thing is that I am eating much smaller portions than the past. Yeah I'm eating foods that strictly speaking if I wanted to loose weight really quickly I shouldn't but I've always found that when you "return to normal eating" all that weight comes back. I need to learn to eat less again so that this becomes normal, and at the moment I seem to be managing this. I think this may also be a reason why I've managed to control my cravings better than previously.
