Anyone got any details on how long the track at Dargle is and an elevation profile?

Scottboy's picture

there is not much in the way of elevation at Dargle it is pretty minimal , this is a call out too trailburner , how much elevation over the track & what is the length ? I didn't record it when we were out there the other weekend . It is the same length as last year Lach . I think the fastest lap was around 22 min I think the slowest was mine 1hr ..

Yeah from the aerial photo it looks like the track stays "reasonably" close to the valley floor, but some numbers would be informative. I haven't been there before, but from a fastest lap time of 22 mins, I'm assuming under 10kms?

Pretty poor turnout from nobmobbers! These Rocky Trail events are laid back but professionally run at the same time.

Dargle Farm is my favourite track so far. It's quite flat with a couple of tech pinch climbs but the scenery varies so much around the course I find it doesn't get boring. It's quite spread out to so no switchbacks just lots of single track tucked into the side of hills. The start/finish is in a large paddock so it's easy to parknext to the track etc

Seems to be 2 threads for the same event
Put em both together and the turn out isn't too bad

It's the same weekend, but the 12hr is on the saturday and the RT Shimano Enduro is on Sunday.
