I was looking at other shirt designs the other day (Phantom have quiet a few)... anyhow, I see people like to put a huge logo (perhaps embossed/shadowed so it's not overwhelming) slightly rotated which runs partly off the bottom/side of the garment. That's a cool idea. Erm... for the full custom.

I think I know what you are talking about, but the products on Phantom have a skull watermark over their images... either way - it looks good with the right logo...

Bruce - the pink colour may also be printed with purple flames. How cool would that be for you? Ideal to look at for your roadie buddies, on those long road marches. Possibly you could write "Get Nobbed" on the rear of your tight bike shorts too. Sure to get you some extra looks.
Shaun - Good work, keep it up. With the exception of the pink one, they all look good. It looks like we are making good progress here.

That dark Red/Grey is niiioce... Put it to the top of the list
