Still plodding along. The eather isn't helping much for Coffs preparation, as I'm sure most of you ould be feeling. Have upped the "trainer" work, really need the saddle time in prep for what will probably be atleast a 3 1/2 hr ride.

Intake
Porridge, juice with fibre supplement

Coffee, no sugar, Me thinks I have cracked this one John, thanks.
Kiwi fruit, 1/2 a banana

Left over stirfry

Slice of wholegrain with a little honey

Pasta
small bowl of icecream

Exercise
1/2hr walk
3 x 20 sit ups (back to back) Had previously been spreading this static exercise out over the day. The occasional shock to the body is a good thing I think
35mins on the trainer.

Need to keep going and ramping up the output in the lead up to Coffs. Only a couple of weeks to go now.
