John you're back riding???
Yes Brian after 5 months off the bike i'm back.Have a bit of work to do to get back to where i was.Was tempted to join the Awaba good friday ride but i think the boys would smash me,which is not what i need atm.Will see you on the trails again very soon.
Don't worry, Awaba is just a social ride, plus you've got me to beat for most unfit and constantly being left behind by others!
be good to see you there John ,even if you did your own thing it would be nice to catch up!
