Looking to clean up the garage and have some stuff i would like to sell. I will not post them for sale just then as i need to gauge how much they are worth for my parents. I have:

1 Gt Outpost 2009 frame-decent condition plus stock wheels, tires, cranks and stem (the drivetrain and handlebars are not in good nick)-was in use for six months.

1 2010 SR Suntour XCR fork-great condition-Was also in use for six months

any price measurements would be handy............

cheers will

Do a completed items search on eBay. The sold prices will give you a view of the realistic market price that stuff sells for. It can be a lot different from what people with unrealistic hopes ask, and often nothing at all to do with retail prices.

Given that what you have is entry level OEM rather than upgrade componentry, I wouldn't expect a whole lot. I'd suggest hanging onto stuff like the forks and put it back on when it's time to sell, and sell the upgrade bits separately. More dollars.

btw would i get more if i built the bike back up, converted to a new singlespeed system and then sold?................or is selling parts the way to go?

Cheers, Will
