Green/Open Great condition today, excellent traction thanks to just a hint of moisture in the track surface to make it tacky.
Just watch the puddles / 4WD bogs on the fire trail in the NE corner of the complex - I went thru one by a couple of inches while fiddling with my drink bottle and it almost swallowed the bike!
