To say I have struggled this week would be an understatement. Have given in numerous times to cravings, particularly the sweet kind. The Black Dog has started to raise his ugly head over the fence again and I'm doing my best to knock it back into place. It is absolutely amazing how the weather and little things beyond your control can affect moods. Really haven't kept any logs / diaries this week. Suffice to say that it would be nothing to brag about if I had, no early morning walks at all, very little static / strength exercise, only on the trainer twice that I can think of.

Weighed in none the less.

Surprised I lost any weight at all let alone nearly a kilo. Not surprised at all by the "growth" of my waist, I'll go back to the horse theory here.

Am quiet nervous about Coffs. Haven't been on the bike since Canberra, far from the ideal lead up I hoped for. I know, I'm not the only one in this situation but that knowledge does nothing to help.

The lack of posts probably is the best indicator to my frame of mind and commitment at the moment, I really have to lift my game, refocus on the goals I have set myself. Time, and probably the number of posts this week, will tell.

For a day or 2, I sometimes will only eat rabbit food and cereal to shed a kilo quickly, that in turn encourages me not to put it back on and the good behaviour will often take off a little more weight.
Each kilo lost is a big win! John

Ps I'm not overweight but I'll put on 4-5 kg then have take them off. Oh the joys of middle age.
