In good condition - some soft sand patches in places. Not much evidence of recent bike activity.

Bairne track has dried a lot during last couple of sunny days.
Trail surface still damp, and water on trail in a few places BUT easy to avoid with care.

Portuguese track (one branch off Bairne) is currently closed according to signs. Soldiers Point track from Bairne is just fine. Track good condition.
