Do You Know a School Teacher who Mountain Bikes?

As most of you will have seen, Warringah Council has just wound up a four week on-line survey on mountain biking in Warringah. We hear the response rate has been pleasing.

Our trail advocacy group Trail Care is communicating with Council on this, and has a small job we'd like some help with from a school teacher.

Ideally, we'd like a Phys Ed teacher to be involved, but any teacher who is prepared to encourage mountain biking within schools and is within reach of Warringah would be suitable.

Initially, we expect your input would be to provide feedback to Council to help them interpret the results of the survey above, and to provide practical comment about how mountain bike trails can fit into sport and rec opportunities for local schools. We are expecting to meet with a rep from Council some time in September.
