Status:
Green/Open Tues 13 Sept - From Japanese School, Perimeter & Long trails are dry except for a couple of puddles. Sand patches nice and firm. Getting back to its' old self.
Do you have more information?

Does anyone know the condition of Perimeter from that start at TH?
Hey Brian, we rode it on Sunday (11/09/11) around midday from TH shops and the trail was in pretty good condition. The usual bits of standing water before the water bars - but they were small enough to hop over. The trail is in good condition and the sandy parts are nice and dry and firm. The steep hill on Long Track has lots of loose rocks (I didn't make it up). We also saw a Red-bellied Black Snake on Perimeter Track on the the way back (about two Kms from the end).

Brian, I rode it yesterday and it was OK. The long straight section at the bottom of the first hill, you knoe the bit with the reddish clay, has standing water most of the way along it but there is room on the side of the trail to ride beside it. The downhill to the rock platform has been badly eroded since I last rode it so just keep an eye out on the way down there.
