Second lap. Time included a brief stop for a dropped chain on the trig track rockgarden and a second quick dismount for a stick in the rear derailleur at the top of Heartbreak Hill.

Considering my midweek riding has consisted only of spin classes at the local gym I was a bit surprised to have improved on my previous best - imagine if I was actually fit! Eye-wink

The singletrack sections all seemed to flow really well, not sure if its me or the track was slightly easier today, maybe a bit of both. Possibly this core strength work for my lower back rehab is helping my bike handling. Really enjoyed myself today.

Well done mate, great result. Core strength training really does help on the bike. You'll be sub 40 in no time at all!
