Heavy rain overnight and early this morning on a trail on which there were still wet patches from the drenching we got weeks ago mean it is unsuitable to ride today.
If you really must get a ride in and trashing your drive train and brakes does not concern you, try the Duck Holes and Centre Track loop at Terrey Hills. This is probably the most wet-weather tolerant option we have on the Northern Beaches.

Any updates on the Dam? I'm thinking of going for a few laps in the morning if it's open.
Rode Perimeter and Long this morning with Hans, starting from the Japanese School. Was very wet.
Would be surprised if Manly Dam was anything but wet and slushy still.
