31.8 riser bar needed

I have a mate who wants to replace his narrow, flat bar with a nice wider riser bar. If anyone has one with a 31.8 clamping area, let me know.
I could get one off T7 as they're cheeeeeap, but I CBF!

I have a FSA XC281 riser sitting here doing nothing. It has been cut down to 650mm wide and has a 25mm rise. What is the flat bar he has? I may be interested in a swap.
