Here's a couple of videos I shot this morning at the Royal National Park.

Sure, here's a GPS which shows most of the single track. You can download that into an iPhone or a GPS and follow it as you go.

The single track at Loftus its pretty easy to locate from Loftus oval. It's probably the most popular single track network in Sydney after manly dam. If you get stuck, just rock up to the carpark at Loftus oval and ask other riders.
