Green/Open Sure, there's standing water around but it's Manly Dam, it'd take a drought to dry it up completely. You're going to need to clean your bike but green is being realistic.
Do you have more information?

Anyone ridden Manly Dam lately?
I had some mates attempt to ride it Saturday and said it was pretty damn wet and gave up after one disappointing lap.
I dare say after the recent rain we have had it could only be worse now but would like to confirm.
Or has everyone realised its soaked and not bothered to even make the trip down there
... and it was the right call.
Duck Holes was surprisingly wet on Sunday, with *lots* of standing water, so Manly Dam would have been very wet.
Don't need to risk slipping over on wet wooden boardwalks and tree roots with sandy tyres, and end up cracking my spine on stairs negligently placed in the fall zone.
And then there's the massive erosion that quickly accumulates when people ride the singletrack when wet.
I went up there and was surprised at the lack of water. There were a few small pools just before the big rock but nothing that major. As you do, I live in Allambie and it's usually pretty easy to tell if the Dam will be wet by the amount of water coming out of the rocks in my garden and there just wasn't that much.
Aaaanyway, having said that, the rain over the last 24 hours that is expected to continue means that there is now a fair bit of water around and I doubt that the Dam would now be ride-able.
