I don't doubt the Manly Dam track probably should be closed.
But in my mind it isn't *officially* closed until I get an email from the Rangers telling me so - and I haven't received anything - which means the track is still amber/some issues.
Is it physically closed? Are there signs up around the track? Did the Rangers forget to email? Is it a test to see whether the NoBMoB traffic lights are more effective than Ranger emails?
What is the story?

It turns out that Warringah Council's bike track email is not currently working - so there is an answer to my question.
