Is the polaris case a hard case? and would it fit a road/CX bike? also would it fit an AM duallie 26 MTB?

Pictures up, it has soft sides. I've used it twice for trips to NZ with yeti asr and spec epic.

I wouldn't put my carbon roadie in it.
