Is there anywhere on the northern beaches that is completely dry - I'm sick of washing my bike! ?Centre/Duck holes

Elvina was yesterday. So was Centre. Duck had a little water but no major washing required.
Looking like all trails are going to get a good soaking over the next week days so it's going to be wet everywhere pretty soon. That shouldn't matter too much as someone has brand new and very sexy Orbea. Whilst this is absolutely not a satisfactory alternative to the getting out on the mtb - West Head, San Martin, McCarr's Creek, etc. roads all dry out very quickly so no excuses for not riding!

Those wheels rock Brian, what are they?? I am all for being lit up like a Christmas tree when commuting and they definitely add something extra.

With all this rain and all the rain that we had last summer, it's unfortunately the difference between those that get out for a pedal and those that don't! Maybe we'll be in for a pearler of a winter and can make up for lost time?!

But the drive and few days away is what is the showstopper for me. I'm thinking of trying to pick up an entry for the Convict or the Willo because at leas they can be day or overnight trips.
What's everyone's thoughts on CP with all this rain an the fact that it's possibly supposed to continue into next week? Staying motivated without somewhere to test yourself is a PITA with all these cancellations and postponements!
