Got to St Albans early arvo and set up tent at Steves camp spot. Nice to get there early and relax a bit; brought some pasta and banana bred so fully prepped. Got to start line just in time for the first wave, quick piss then all set. The road leg was a nice warm up before one of many steep hills. All up I had a solid ride apart from almost falling off the floating bridge and almost dying up the next hills. Got in at 5.05 so fully stoked and looking forward to next race.
