Day's Hydration

Pile of empty bottles in the footwell of Rob's car. Hot day made this plus 2-3l in the backpack a necessity.

I definitely did not drink anywhere near that amount on Sunday.

No wonder I had the cramps. I had much less fluid (1.5 litres of water in my backpack, and just under 3 bottles of Gatorade) for my 4 longish laps.
