Kona Dealers
Hi all,
Does anyone know of any Kona dealers in sydney. Not fussed on how good they are, just shopping around for a potential new bike purchase and will only buy the bike from them but get it serviced at my lbs (lbs doesnt sell Kona).

Bike addiction don't stock them anymore, but they do have a couple of 2006 bikes that you could probably pick up pretty cheap.

Ahhhhh.... this was on my shortlist too. Trouble was there was a 6 month wait so for around the same money got the Bianchi instead.
Go see Hugh - he commutes on his Jake (which is not particularly standard mind). Just call first to make sure he brings it.
BTW, and maybe this in an oman, saw a bright green Jake the Snake in Chatswood last night. They sure do stand out!
Or come to St Ives on Saturday, you might find a few Cyclocross examples to play with.

The Bright green jake the snake is the 2007 model, 2008 is blue, not so out there in your face like the green

they have a nice 06 stab deluxe down froom 6.5k to 3k too
stanmore cycles do kona too, dont know what your after but hes had a coiler in there for a while i reckon hed do a deal on...actually check out the bike shed mortdale too, have been very impressed with their service recently, and their doing deals on heaps of 07's atm..

Well - I'm doing the race on Sat... should be a laugh.
Just fitted cross-top levers to the Bianchi, downhill braking will be much better now!
This year's Jake the Snake looks to have a few upgrades over last... go for it!

Parramatta Bike Barn was the closest shop to me so i went there this afternoon.
Was very happy with there service and price, so i ordered a 08 Jake the Snake.
They cant order until the 2nd of January (distributor is closed till then) but will arrive shortly after that (this fits in nicely with me as i am off on holidays until about the 11th jan so i will pick it up when i am back)
Will post some pics when it arrives.
