Meeting Point:

RFS carpark opposite Terrey Hills shops

Details:

Mixed pace training ride. The trails will still be saturated, so it sounds like a good excuse to go chase some roadies

Meeting point is the Rural Fire Service carpark opposite Terrey Hills shops.

Will be departing Frenchs Forest cnr Rodborough Road and Warringah Rd 6am for those after a few more km.

If by some miracle conditions improve we could substitute part or all of Duck Holes, Centre, Perimeter and Long depending on consensus.

We are all in Mont training mode so anyone fast will have to loop back to do hill repeats with the slower guys! You'll get more metres of vertical too!!

Have fun fellas - my backyard is looking like kowen forrest at the moment so its time to bring out the stihl edge cutter and 2 stroke mower on sunday morning and cut that baby down to size otherwise I might lose my kids in the tall grass!

With the calibre of riders signed up I'd expect more than a few roadies to be put to shame along west head road come Sunday.

I'm off for another road ride tomorrow from turramurra to lane cove, damn this wet weather!
