Does anyone know of any good companies to get custom made mtb jerseys? Ideally more than just placing a a graphic on various selections of template jerseys.

We've used this company and were very impressed with quality and price.

You mention not wanting to add graphics to a template but surely that's what all companies would do?

I've got a couple of Tineli jerseys and rate them highly. One is a work cycling club one I've had for a few years and it's even survived me being hit by a car. The other is my bicycle.net.au one. BOth with full zips, both wick sweat away well.

Their bibknicks were ordinary but have improved markedly, with the the last one I got being outstanding for the money.

depends if you want lycra of frestyle gear. If you want a freestyle jersey, although a bit more expensive, nema shorts and jerseys are really good. Buy them online and get graphics done locally.

This is a timely post as I'm just investigating this myself. I haven't used any of the below as I'm still looking but there are also;

I have 3x Zero five Jerseys, the only template they use is a blank canvas of the jersey cut out. You tell them what you want and give them your logo if you have one and they design a concept. They then supply the concept so you can give feedback and suggest ideas or changes. No limit. Popular cheaper option is Zero fives All mountain jersey.

These guys make interesting custom gear. Not too lycra-tised, good mtb wear.

Bulk or small quantities?

We've used netti and cannibal for club/event jerseys and they've been good.

I have a Champ-sys, Tinelli and Cannibal customs.

I rate the Champ-sys as the best (especially the knicks!) then Tinelli and Cannibal closely behind. Champ-sys was best for small orders but the most expensive though, we paid $75 per jersey and $100 per knicks (for mid range ones), on an order of 5 kits.
