If you missed Jonny's predawn ride yesterday you're out of luck for at least the next couple of days. Lots of water lying in low spots around Allambie heights which almost always means the track is similarly saturated.
Be a good sport to the trail fairies and give the track a rest until it's dry.
If your mental health demands you go ride, try Duck Holes and Centre Tracks at Terrey Hills. The 12km road ride to the trailhead from the Dam is only 30 minutes on the treadley and is a great warmup

It rained quite heavily in Manly Vale last night. This morning I went out on the roadie and it was pretty damp on Wakehurst Parkway - the bits of the track I could see from the road had a lot of standing water.
I think even the weekend will be gear grinding stuff - best to head north as Hawkeye suggests!
