Nuke proof knee pads

Hey guys,
I've been gearing up to compliment my new Mtb and I brought some nuke proof knee pads off crc. How much can I expect them to stretch? They are quite snug fitting and I'm wondering if I got a size to small.... I was torn between medium or large and went medium in the thought they will stretch out (hopefully)....
Anyone here used them before?

Yeah I wear them after using 661s. Mine fitte dme straight away......bought XL......they should not be tight .maybe u have bought too small. Just a note mine are only a few weeks of use and already tearing.....not very impressed......
