Royal National Park While there are four stations along the border of the Royal National Park, Heathcote is probably the easiest for access, being 1.2km from the Bottle Forest trail head.
Exit the station on to Wilson Parade (the side away from the Highway), head North (train line on the left) then turn fourth right down Bottle Forest Road. Trail head is directly at the end of this road.
