Hills are your friends??

Okay,

At the end of the last ride I realised that my cardio needed some more work on the ol' hill climbing. So an insane idea has arisen. Basically just ride the main firetrail running through the park and if a hill comes along ride up, then down, then up it again and then move on the next section of the firetrail.

There are a good collection of hills in LCNP some are concreted cause they are so steep some are a nice firetrail up and some are a very loose firetrail up. I reckon there is less sand on this track than Cascades and hence it might be more loving towards your drivetrain.

Sorry to conflict with the Ourimbah ride! I just don't have the time to go up there, I might go up there on Easter Friday.

as I can't make Ourimbah either.
If you're interested, I will be posting a XC type ride at Ourimbah on easter Monday
Didn't want to post yet until Lee's ride has finished.
Al, who we met on the farkin nobs Menai ride wants a few mobbers along because we're such fun people.
