Amber/Some Issues Got caught in the middle of the storm. Significant rain in a very short period of time turned the single trail into a creek and even the roads were flowing!
The Dam seems to have been draining well recently so assuming there's not too much rain this afternoon it's probably more of an Orange than a Red.
Do you have more information?

Massive cloudburst.
I got caught in it too!
Was dry when I started, storm came in very very quickly.
I decided to high tail it to the safety of the hydro lab.... Very close lightning strikes.
Rode home on the road after that.
