Hi SILLY question....my saddle post width is 28.2. I want to purchase a new seat post clamp. Is this the size I buy or is it based on the frame tube diameter. This is one of the challenges of buying online....you need to get it right first time!

The collar sits on the frame so its bigger and the post goes inside. Use the frame seat post tube diameter. Smiling
