My Fork and rear shock both need a service. What is your recommendations?

Plenty of instructional videos online these days. Bet you'll find one showing how easy it is.

Fox RP3 rear Tim? I have a couple spare kit's here if you want one. Very easy to do it yourself. I think I have a volume reducer as well.

Total newb in regards to shocks, Not even sure what a volume reducer is.

According to the specs on the Giant page, I have
Fork Fox 32 F125 FIT RL w/15QR axle & tapered steerer, 4.9”/125mm
Shock Fox Float RP23 w/XV sleeve & boost valve
