Area:
Bantry Bay
Status:
Amber/Some Issues

The alert from the NPWS site has been removed so I take it these trails are now open.

I have left it as Amber as I presume there will be damp spots. Can someone please update this as soon they get a chance to ride it.

Rode Gahnia this morning and it was in great condition. A few puddles on the fireroad back to the start but they were easily avoidable or you could ride straight through and impress the wife/husband/dog/barista.

Rode ghania last night and it was great. 95% dry as that rock armouring does wonders. The top of the dam on the other hand was really quite wet. I'd stick to the bantry bay side only if you want to keep your bike clean Eye-wink

It seems like we finally have some all weather trails on the beaches?
Couldn't believe how well the new trails had coped with the recent crap weather.
Well done!
