Pretty close to the mark, the single track sections are in good shape and fun, There's a huge bog on the firetrail on the downhill to avoid, Also that singletrack before you pop out behind the houses as you start the last downhill sections is terrible....I'll put my hand way up for a maintainence day to fix that section!
