Amber/Some Issues Tree down on Perimeter, about 50m east of the concrete spill way. Take the fence-line sniggle you want to miss it.
Otherwise Perim and Long in fair nick with a few puddles.

I would avoid the trail from the Terrey Hills shops to the NBCS school entry - lots of mud, lots of puddles and really not a fun way to start your ride.
that Nerang to Japanese school section will take weeks to dry out I reckon.
I opted to return on the road - its almost to the stage where it needs to be closed to give it a "rest".
