Need some rejuvenating in the lead up to Christmas? Come along and be inspired at the Women’s Wellness Weekend.

‘Sydney Bike Skills’ and ‘Yoga Essentia’ have teamed up to offer a 2 day weekend retreat which incorporates learning new skills, stretching your body, and rest and relaxation in a tranquil setting at the Sydney Academy of Sport, Narrabeen.

The cost of the weekend is fully inclusive of one night's accommodation in the Academy Motel (twin share), 4 nutritious meals, 6 skills sessions (3 yoga and 3 mountain bike).

There is also an opportunity to go for a bush walk, ride around the Narrabeen Lagoon, take a swim in the pool or have a therapeutic massage.

The total cost for the weekend is only $395.00 (early bird special) before September 30. After September 30, the cost is $450.00. Why not buy a gift voucher for your loved one.

‘Lisa, I would like to complement you on the mountain bike skills course I attended yesterday. I feel I have gained some useful tips and you presented it in a way which was easy to comprehend’ (Emma McIntosh, May 24, 2015)
