Status:
Green/Open Rode from Echunga Ave out to the end of Long Trail and back today. Has been a HRB along the sniggle at the back of the school / golf course - still smouldering today. A couple of wet spots otherwise, but all avoidable and track is fine - unless tonight's thunderstorms have hit there.

They were starting that burn just as jacojoco and I were arriving at the Jap school on Sunday.
Hopefully the rain will have doused all the volatiles. Last time I rode through a recent burn area was with my late cousin and I was as sick as a dog for a couple of days afterwards.
On the upside, good to see they're dealing with the fuel load before we get to the full strength if summer.
