This site doesn't get the traffic it used to now we're in the Facebook age, I get a blank look from most when I mention nobmob these days.
On the subject of losing Garmins, I run a lanyard on mine, glued to the side of my 810 with a blob of Shoo Goo. The other end is looped around the stem so that if it parts ways with the mount during an "unplanned dismount" the clatter on the side of the frame will alert me to the need to put it back on before I ride any further.
