Just wanted to share some testimonial with you all. I recently gave a gent in his 50's a mountain bike lesson. He had told me that he had done a lot of racing and was quite fit. However, he wanted some tips on how to climb techy rock sections. This is what he had to say after a 2 hour lesson with Lisa from Sydney Bike Skills. www.sydneybikeskills.com.au

I have been racing on and off for many years - originally road, and more recently XC marathons - and despite the grey hairs, I am reasonably fit. What I didn't have however was any real off-road bike handling skills. I recently had a two hour one-on-one session with Lisa, which has helped my game enormously. Even before the end of the session I was tackling both up hill and down hill obstacles that the previous day would have defeated me. I have been building on the 'tricks and tips' that Lisa gave me for a couple of weeks since, and can advise that on some familiar tracks I am getting better times, using less effort as a direct result. Lisa's approach to the process was fantastic, and I'll be booking in another session later in the year to move the game along a bit further."
