Hi all - lovely bargain to be had for someone keen to get into road riding in the winter without wanting to shell out heaps of cash.

This bike was owned as a back up bike essentially, so has done less than 2000km.
Ultegra 11spd gears and mechs, FSA chain set. Ultegra pedals included.
Zipp stem (130mm) - but can swap for another size if required.
Fulcrum wheels.
Upgraded to S-Works carbon seat post and Specialized Power saddle.

Will also include Garmin 500 and K-Edge mount, and Specialized bidon cage.

Is in incredible condition - as new. Never crashed or even fallen over.
Will make a great race bike or first roadie. Or, just a great frame to upgrade slowly.

If you are super new to road riding, I'll chuck in a pair of shoes (46) with the cleats on.

Hit me with your offers!

Frame size?

In the title Eye-wink

Yep - in the title - 58cm, which Spec considers an 'XL'. I would suggest its closer to an 'L' (as I am 6'3", and ride it with a 130mm stem, and most of the seatpost exposed)..

How old is the bike, and is it a SL4 or SL3?

Antsonline's picture

Hi mate - it's an SL4 (it's hard to make out but the seat-tube graphics actually say 'SL4').
It's a bike I bought from brand new in Nov (6months ago) straight from the box. I beleive it's a 2014 model.
That being said - not that it's a bad thing - but the SL4 frame remains completely unchanged to this day - so if you were to buy the 11spd Ultegra SL4 in the current range, it would be exactly the same as this one.

Thanks for the quick response.

I am interested in the bike, but I am in Brisbane. Could the bike be shipped to me?

Antsonline's picture

It sure could.
Typically, I am wary of shipping bikes - only because when you open it you might say "oh - it has a tiny scratch here, or an issue there. This one is so close to perfect, I have no fear of you opening and being anything other than pleased.
The options would be for you to organise a pick up - and get it al sorted at your end, or have me sort out the shipping and get it done from here.
Pack and Send are probably the best option - but not sure how much it would be.
Can investigate.
