All good. Back end still has washed out sections that require a little more caution but all dry and rideable.

Finally in good shape after winter! I notice there is a Trail Runner race next Sunday , and this arvo I saw more trail runners out there than usual (you can spot them by their Stormtrooper chest packs). So 3 Sunday's ago in the pouring rain I spent 1&1/2 hours working in the berms in the Possum to fix after winters toll, and some one else who I don't know has put in heaps of work as well.

So pretty stoked at the thought of over 100 runners stamping through there in the wrong direction.

The race organisers have been contacted about this before but don't care.

They don't give a sh*t. And they leave their signs and bunting everywhere for weeks afterwards as well.

I wonder if we should help them find a new route on Sunday morning? Eye-wink

Agree totally. Rode this morning after 10:30; bottom half of Possum littered with plastic pink ribbons on ground, lovely. These will not removed by the race organisers, this is my observation from experience. the little brigde after the log roll over was broken right in the middle, ie from a foot stamping down on it, not a tyre rolling over, was quite obvious.

Sorry not trying to be a sour puss but this guy has been all holier than thou trails are there for everyone stuff but he is a complete hypocrite. And he has no care for any other trail users than those in his race, so this isn't about lack of sharing trails.

If he comes back and picks up those pink ribbons and fixes the bridge I stand corrected..
