Amber/Some Issues Rode to end of Long trail and Cowan out and back from Jap school. Wettest I've seen it, particularly from Jap school to Long junction. A lot of standing water. The usual puddles on Long and some. Cowan in good condition, but you gotta get to it! Save your drive trains...

The amount of groundwater still flowing in the gutters after 2 days of sunshine this weekend ... gah!
I ended up chasing vertical meters on the road bike to get a workout... and got sunburnt.
Did a couple of spin classes on the weekend. ETA for the dam being rideable anyone?
